Tracey’s skilled and
supportive manner is to be admired. She was decisive and proficient while
at the same time avidly considerate of all parties involved in the

I met Tracey in an ambulance in my most vulnerable state caused by a car accident while pregnant in my 3rd trimester. Not only did she counsel me on the way to the hospital in order for me to remain calm, she also did not leave my side until the Doctor confirmed that all was well with me and my unborn baby. Thank you Tracey for looking after my state of mind when it mattered most to me, and more importantly, to my unborn baby boy, whom today is a healthy, strong and lively 5 year old. I still thank her to this day. She is a real life Angel.
